As I have posted many times there is no such thing as a “good Muslim”. Either they do just what that evil religion demands they do, making them evil, or they decide to be a good person and ignore what Islam tells them to do , making them a bad Muslim.

Isn’t “dangerous criminal” the definition of a good Muslim?

“Good” and “muslim” are oxymoronic and should not appear in the same sentence. I call it journalistic malpractice. sd

What's that you say, Eric Hoffer?

The sick in soul insist that it is humanity that is sick, and they are the surgeons to operate on it. They want to turn the world into a sickroom. And once they get humanity strapped to the operating table, they operate on it with an ax.

People unfit for freedom - who cannot do much with it - are hungry for power. The desire for freedom is an attribute of a "have" type of self. It says: leave me alone and I shall grow, learn, and realize my capacities. The desire for power is basically an attribute of a "have not" type of self.

The real "haves" are they who can acquire freedom, self-confidence, and even riches without depriving others of them. They acquire all of these by developing and applying their potentialities. On the other hand, the real "have nots" are they who cannot have aught except by depriving others of it. They can feel free only by diminishing the freedom of others, self-confident by spreading fear and dependence among others, and rich by making others poor.

I doubt if the oppressed ever fight for freedom. They fight for pride and for power -- power to oppress others. The oppressed want above all to imitate their oppressors; they want to retaliate.

To most of us nothing is so invisible as an unpleasant truth. Though it is held before our eyes, pushed under our noses, rammed down our throats -- we know it not.

Those who lack the capacity to achieve much in an atmosphere of freedom will clamor for power.

Unless a man has talents to make something of himself, freedom is an irksome burden. Of what avail is freedom to choose if the self be ineffectual? We join a mass movement to escape individual responsibility, or, in the words of the ardent young Nazi, "to be free from freedom".

To some, freedom means the opportunity to do what they want to do; to most it means not to do what they do not want to do. It is perhaps true that those who can grow will feel free under any condition.

Packing is certainly useful when one is attacked, but Situational Awareness is really much more than that. The police officers in Lakewood were all armed. I’m not saying that they were being complacent either. My understanding of that event was that Clemmons walked directly to the counter as though he were a customer and when approached by the counter person he drew, wheeled and opened fire. From the pictures I’ve seen of that animal, I would have been on red until he was over the horizon. I’m not very comfortable with the racial component of all this, but it’s undeniable anymore. I guess my real point is that we simply can’t go about our lives the way we used to. There are large segments of American society that have literally descended into barbarism. They are brutal, malevolent and like dogs who smell fear, are very much emboldened these days. We ignore them at our peril.

But the libs and their sidekick conservatives will never mention any of these links since it deviates from their script of American perfidy and the need for government to correct it.

A devout Muslim must consider himself in a state of war against any infidel society he finds himself in, doing his utmost to forward the conquest of that society by Islam. Under those circumstances, offenses against infidels are not punishable under Sharia.

By that standard, Maurice Clemmons was a good Muslim.

NoI adds to Islam a layer of Black Supremacy.

As I have posted numerous times, any religion can be peaceful or can be evil.....it is all about the men who pervert the religion to evil ends.

Islam does not need to be "perverted". It is inherently evil and always was.

Islam was founded by a caravan robber, murderer, rapist, and pedophile. The whole point of Islam, and thus its appeal to the criminal class, is that ANY offense against a non-Muslim is OK, as long as it's done by somebody promoting Islam.

If Mad Mo had lived in present day America, he would be put into maximum security prison.

I’m all over situational awareness. Anyone packing and not paying attention is a fool.

Wow just wow! I had wondered if he had embraced Islam in prison! Prayers up for the families of the slain police officers! My heart aches for them!
