I worked with a guy who was an atmospheric scientist in the early 1990's. He was a little befuddled by the "ozone hole" hysteria, but attributed it to scientists who needed a raison de grant after the fall of the Soviet Union. A lot of atmospheric science was funded by the DoD, when that dried up they were looking for other sources. Ozone depletion served their needs for a while, but Global Warming is the Comstock Lode of environmental hysteria for chaps who are handy at grantsmanship.

Slowly the folks (local news papers) shall get out the pitch forks and torches.
But I don't think it will have any significance in what zero will say or do at the global climate change conference. On the contrary, perhaps the Danish hip cup, Australian refusal to pass it's form of Cap and Trade and the recent New Zealand fiasco on raw data and modeling may combined with the CRU/Hadley shortcomings, force some element of caution by those that would love to steal our money.
The Russians, Indians and Chinese also will play a part in telling the socialist in Europe to stuff it.
Can zero's masters afford at this juncture in time to allow zero to look like a real zero to the world community now awakened by the fact AGW is simply false.
I do hope Senator Inholfe shall carefully choose his words and just bring out some glaring facts no one will be able to dispute. It could help or go against him back in the US Senate if any treaties are signed by zero with this crowd of thieves.

Of course that is just the opinions of a few market watchers. Zero and Holdren and others such as Boxer have made it clear that they believe the science is accurate regarding the AGW issue.
Unless sufficient numbers of countries unite and say not so fast, zero could walk away with some kind of deal that will rape America.
And even if others say no to this crap, that does not mean zero will back off.
Then the only saving factor would be if sufficient numbers in the Senate heed the four years plus warnings Inholfe has echoed. And united refuse to ratify any treaties zero might sign in Copenhagen.

5.1 & 5.2 refer to two different algorithms that they have used to process the data... 5.2 essentially brought it into agreement with the RSS analysis of MSU data, though slightly lower slope over the last 30 yrs.

thanks, I think I see it now...and the upshot is? Little kids forced to watch a horror movie in school, comprised of lies and edited-in scenes from end of the world scenario movies...and little Johnny comes home and asks his mother, ‘Mom, is it true the world is going to burn up?’

There’s an entire generation that has been fed this crap and they may never recover from the FEAR these slimebags have instilled into the minds of the children.

Terrorism is what it is. And I have no words with which to describe algore.
