Would a real pro-lifer appoint a Planned Parenthood board member to the Alaska supreme court?

Yes, if the pro-lifer had confidence that the appointee to the state supreme court would rule by the law instead of by interpretation and whim.

Would a shaky pro-life in her 40s who already had three kids knowingly give birth to a child with Down's Syndrome?

Sarah lives her bona fides.

You are kidding, right?

An individual who served on the board of an evil racist
organization that murders the innocent as an industry would
never, in a million years rule properly on anything.

The mind becomes depraved by the blood lust!
