The term RINO has always been most properly applied to those Democrats or "others" who we allow to run on the Republican label simply because a real Republican or real Conservative probably could not win in that heavily Democrat district.

Abortion is not a constitutional right.
Homosexual marriage is not a constitutional right.
Driving a motor vehicle on public roads is not a constitutional right, you must be licensed by the state.
Healthcare is not a constitutional right.
Unconstitutional mandates against the people are not constitutional powers of government.
Forcing unconstitutional mandates on an unwilling people at the point of the government gun, the tax collector (whether it be called tax, fee, penalty or premium) or the threat of jail cell is unconstitutional, anti-Liberty, anti-American, socialist/fascist intrusion and are violations of our constitutional rights. And those pushing it or voting for it are indeed socialists. And traitors as far as I’m concerned.

He even boasted that his mother campaigned as pro-abortion before roeVwade in her 1970 Senate campaign. That and the fund raising he did to pay for abortions.

What is your proof that the pro-abortion Romney was doing that? Romney himself says that it is fine to be a pro-abortion leader in Mormonism.
As far as I know, Romney is not a bastard. He was born in wedlock, as have all his children and grandchildren been born in wedlock.
