But, we still need to reduce it to a Bumper Sticker for the truly stupid. Obama is sure to help. After Copenhagen we can simply say Obama lied and the planet died. Of course it will have to be printed on recycled paper with planet friendly inks.

The Team, as they called themselves, were bending and distorting scientific data to fit a nakedly political story-line profitable to themselves and congenial to the governments that, these days, pay the bills for 99% of all scientific research. While this is true, let's not overlook the fame and adulation issue.
Climate scientists, till quite recently, were not famous, weren't interviewed on TV and by magazines, etc. Now they are celebrities (if not deniers). Hot environmentalist chicks want to go to bed with them.
We've recently been seeing the lengths people will go to get their 15 minutes. Why assume scientists are any more resistant to this temptation?
That's what so horrible about this scandal. The whole point of transparency in the scientific method is to ensure that the truth will come out EVEN IF individual scientists lie and cheat. These guys have corrupted the system to the point where it isn't even possible to do this.

I wish I could draw like “The Far Side” guy. I’d have one scientist blindfolded and groping around the lab while a group of lab coated colleagues snicker and another scientist says, “You’re getting warmer, warmer, now colder, colder, really really colder . . . “

No more Global Warming!
No more Climate Change.
The new buzz words are Ocean Acidification caused by increased CO2. Some bimbo at today's hearings stated that the oceans have had a "30% increase in acidity since the start of the industrial revolution." She went on to say that this was the greatest increase in ocean acidification in the last "20,000,000 years."

We’ll need to send more money to Al Gore so he can buy Global Alka Seltzer.

I guessing that volcanos lead to ocean “acidification.” I’m for a law prohibiting volcanic eruptions.

Gee, you mean we can’t just believe those climate geniuses like Al Gore, Prince Charles and the Hollywood crowd who assured us that the earth was at a tipping point and we had just months to stop, driving our SUVs, heating our homes, having children and using toilet paper or the planet would be doomed? (sarcasm)

In a sane world, the climatologists' scandal would be front page news, and Lord Monckton's efforts would long ago been given more attention.
So Which Story is Sinister Media Pursuing?
It's not as if Tiger, in his possible error, had been aiding and abetting those on the verge of enslaving the entire planet.

Hello, “CRU Team”? I submit you the following observation:
Most “carbonites” are carnivores... and you vegemites are now raw meat! Prepare your selves for extinction... Boys, I hear the dinner bell ringing.
