Until now I believed that the nation that has done most to sabotage a new climate change agreement was the United States. I was wrong. The real villain is Canada. Unless we can stop it, the harm done by Canada in December 2009 will outweigh a century of good works....Canada now threatens the wellbeing of the world....The tar barons have held the nation to ransom. This thuggish petro-state is today the greatest obstacle to a deal in Copenhagen.

Go Canada. Thanks to Mark Steyn for this one.

Here is something else that the warming fanatics don’t realize. If global warming exists, Canada benefits. Our growing season will expand and our energy use will decrease. Either way, we win.

George says “The burning of aircraft fuel has a “radiative forcing ratio” of around 2.7(11). What this means is that the total warming effect of aircraft emissions is 2.7 times as great as the effect of the carbon dioxide alone. The water vapour they produce forms ice crystals in the upper troposphere (vapour trails and cirrus clouds) which trap the earth’s heat. According to calculations by the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, if you added the two effects together (it urges some caution as they are not directly comparable), aviation’s emissions alone would exceed the government’s target for the country’s entire output of greenhouse gases in 2050 by around 134%(12).”end of quote

So George Monbiot flies to Toronto . To do WHAT?

I’ll drive down and meet him at his pleasure. So he can kiss my Royal Canadian Arse.

The appropriately named George “Moonbat” spewing his putting his deranged mind on full display in the most stupid newspaper the British have ever produced. So what's new?
GO CANADA! Kill that fraudulent climate deal.

When you think of Britain, certain qualities come to mind...

one of them being a propensity to produce mincing lordly chinless posturing twits.

Monbiot appears to be one of this not uncommon breed.

Why would somebody go to Toronto to report on Alberta? This
makes no sense at all, except perhaps to the diseased liberal mind.
