To: who knows what evil?

Face it, the dude was trouble from the word go.

How he was released, after being arrested for rape, which in Washington state would have been his third strike, how can they do that? Does that make the least bit of sense?
Doesn’t anybody look at these things and say “Hey, this guy is a violent offender and he’s facing life in prison...”

The people just don’t have any say anymore. They sentence someone to life, it gets commuted. They sentence someone to life, they get outlawyered.

Apparently, out-of-state convictions don’t count in the Washington 3 strikes law!!!
