Huckabee is also claiming here were no objections to the clemency petition. Yet, it is being reported the original sentencing judge and prosecutor did object to Clemmons release. Reuters, AP and I believe the Seattle Examiner had that report as of yesterday.

I agree Brytani. One of the reports I read this morning made that pretty clear.
This whole thing is troubling, and any misstatements by Huckabee are going to cause him a lot of grief.
