I heard that on the scanner. Those cops have nerves of steel. The cop said the guy flagged him down and he went over. Empty pistol holster on the seat - guy in body armor.
Cop asked him for CCW which he had. Cop unknown on legality of body armor “same as his” but got his information and let the guy go.
Sounds like they completed their sweep of the park with no luck.
