Now if he had done his sentence then those other crimes he did would not have happened

I can't stand Huckabee, but you can't hang this one on him. The shooter was released from prison in Tacoma, six days ago, despite outstanding warrants in both Arkansas and WA. He was in for child rape and had been arrested last spring for rounding up his wife and her family, and forcing them to strip naked, at gun point. This is one bad Dude and WA authorities had many recent chances to put him away.

The Democrats in WA are pushing restorative justice and rehabilitation. They are closing prisons and setting up halfway programs for prisoners. The handling of this guy fits right in with the current thinking of the far let governance in WA.
