Since Obama is rather attached to describing everything he does as unprecedented, I have achieved an unprecedented level of transparency, I played an unprecedented amount of golf this year and I just wasted an unprecedented amount of money... in honor of the Liar in Chief, we can make unprecedented the word of the day.
First up is Obamas unprecedented deficit. The current real cost of ObamaCare is up to 2.5 Trillion dollars and rising.
The Senate Republicans chart demonstrates that the total for all of these costsbased on CBO projections for the bills true first 10 yearsis $2.5 trillion. And costs would only skyrocket from there, as the charts trajectory suggests. In the 5 years to follow (2024-28), spending on expansions in insurance coverage alone would be $1.7 trillion, making the bills total costs in its real first 15 years well over $4 trillionbased on CBO projections

In the interview, Rahman Haj Ahmadi accuses the Obama administration of thwarting negotiations among Iranian pro-democracy groups that were on the verge of creating a united opposition front that could have led to the collapse of the Islamic regime during this summers post-election turmoil.
Those negotiations were on the verge of success, Haj Ahmadi told me until the Obama administration inexplicably placed his group on the terrorism list on Feb. 4, 2009. The U.S. action made the other groups afraid to work with us, for fear of U.S. government reprisals.
You will also find in the story a link to some of my earlier reporting from the PJAK training camps in northern Iraq. Far from being a terrorist group, PJAK is dedicated to the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime in Iran and its replacement by a pro-Western, secular, united Iran that recognizes the rights of all its citizens."
Senate Republicans can start demonstrating fiscal responsibility by cutting their own office budgets to FY 2000 levels, opting out of congressional retirement and health benefits and purchasing them out of their own pocket with their more than ample salaries.
Alas, Senate Republicans are far more interested in becoming millionaires while in office and are just as much as part of the problem, and an obsticle to the solution, as liberals are.
So you want Gov. Moon Beam and Ralph Nader type Republicans...
Since Gov. Moonbeam and Nader are more interested in themselves than others, in building legacies, I’d have to put them on the same par, to be honest. Sure, there’s some good senators out there, but over ten percent of the workforce is out of work. A half million people are losing their jobs a week. Don’t you think it’s just perhaps within reason to expect our senators to show everyone how to be responsible by cutting their own office budgets and paying their own way?
Or do you think that an elected official should have a publicly funded retirement plan? They’re elected to the job, they can be there as little as a single term and walk away with nearly a full senator’s wages for the rest of their life.
Sorry, you knew what the pay was when you ran for office. We’ve no need whatsoever to entice people to run with benefits packages.
I also think you shouldn't have to be a millionaire as a prerequisite to running for the Senate.
And almost last but not least I think you pay people well who do their job well. That in itself excludes the bulk of Congress... But seriously, if you want the best and the brightest they shouldn't have to sacrifice themselves on the public alter in order to perform their job.
If you want to rage at where the fault really lies, start with the voters. They're the ones that put these fools in power over and over... Just look at Obama... No experience at anything other than self promotion. Clearly an empty suit with no clue how the world works, yet the majority elected him anyway.
We have a dumbed down citizenry where a significant number can't reason their way out of a wet paper bag.
So here we are...
Mount Debtmore
The Muslim moderate hoards that desire to convert you or kill you will draw much more of your attention.
Of coarse, I'm only talking about the situation in this country, world politics will have a very strange look to it as well.
At that time, I am proposing a new hunting season in these United States of America. The Washington city RAT season. Permits are free, no bag limit, and a $5.00 bounty on any politician pelt you bring in(any politician weighing in excess of 250 lbs requires only the ear to collect bounty money).
Have a nice day.
It’s unprecedented that the only way we can get the truth in a media story is to read a Canadian newspaper.
***I think Congress should live under the same rules and the American people.**
LET’S START WITH PELOSI -received this email this a.m.!!!
Madame Pelosi wasn’t happy with the small jet USAF C-20B, Gulfstream III, that comes with the Speaker’s job...No... Madame Pelosi was aggravated that this little jet had to stop to refuel, so she ordered a Big Fat 200-seat USAF C-32, Boeing 757 jet that could get her back to California without stopping!
Many legislators walked by and grinned with glee to learn what Nancy’s Big Fat Jet costs us, the hard working American tax payers... THOUSANDS of gallons of jet fuel every week. Since she only spends 3 days a week in DC, this gas-guzzler gets fueled and she flies home to California every single weekend - cost to the taxpayers of about $60,000, one way! As Joe put it, “Unfortunately we have to pay to bring her back on Monday night.” Cost to us? Another $60,000.
That is $480,000 per month and an annual cost to the taxpayers of $5.76 Million! AND this does not take into account the “working vacations” Ms. Pelosi and Co. take to places like Rome and France (which she just enjoyed recently...with 20 of her closest friends...in her (excuse me, OUR) private 757 jet!
Madame Pelosi wants you and me to limit our carbon footprint. She has made sure that her Bay Area constituents will be FINED or JAILED if they burn wood in their fireplaces on the “wrong day.”

Comments? Ping.
I don’t trust anything that comes from the mouths of people in that region. Even if it is something I would like to hear.
Do you suppose we can “Unpresident” this unprecidented obomination?
According to the State Dept’s list of terrorist organizations, as of July 2009, PJAK is not on it.
http://www.state.gov/s/ct/rls/other/des/123085.htm
PJAK does have some questionable roots and affiliations with PKK (which is & has been designated a terrorist org).
They are against the Iranian regime,(they’re secessionists), so the regime would welcome the designation.
So would Turkey which sees them as an extension of PKK.
I have no idea about the validity of this: “thwarting negotiations among Iranian pro-democracy groups that were on the verge of creating a united opposition front “
Anyone notice today that the debt crossed over the Debt Ceiling.
Just woke up, no I hadn’t noticed, thank you.
So what’s the point of a debt ceiling if it isn’t really a ceiling?
I know, it was a political weapon against the Republicans when they were in power that is no longer needed/to be honored...
They often go over the ceiling by a bit. It has been explained that they can do some accounting gimmicks to keep going up to a point. But I imagine that the amount of time they can keep going has gone down exponentially at the current rate of debt expansion. They don’t have much time to raise it or shut down the government. My guess would be a couple of weeks- maximum.
