Have you heard the one about the pimp, prostitute, politician and the community organizer? Well, thanks to San Diego private investigator Derrick Roach, Californians are not laughing at what is turning into a political nightmare for California Attorney General Jerry Brown and ACORN. On Tuesday, November 24, Attorney General Brown appeared on KABC’s “Peter Tilden Show” after it was revealed that some 20,000 documents had been thrown into a National City dumpster by ACORN employees.
The documents were thrown out in advance of state investigators arriving at the local ACORN office to conduct an investigation resulting from national media attention. ACORN employee Juan Carlos Vera was videotaped giving advice to two individuals posing as a pimp and a prostitute regarding underage prostitution and human smuggling. Without admitting any wrongdoing ACORN terminated Mr. Vera, or so they said. Documents provided to BigGovernment.com show that Mr. Vera was not terminated but was simply laid off, implying that Mr. Vera is also eligible for rehire. (The document also notes that Mr. Vera was laid off due to “restructuring” related to “videotaping incident.)

Poor Jerry Brown, he was all set to let ACORN skate and go after the reporters. But with ACORN destroying documents before the investigation, I don’t think even Jerry Brown can ignore that. ACORN has already embarrassed Brown by revealing that Brown told them they were in the clear before the investigation. Brown is a partisan joke, but no one likes to be made to look like a fool.

I swear, if George Bush and Karl Rove hadn’t poked their fingers into California and installed the Terminator in office, the Republicans might have stood a chance of taking the state again.
If the Republican leadership didn’t have such a habit of screwing up, we could easily have a majority again, the Democrat candidates are so dismal. But no, they need to put their money behind Schwarzenneger, Scozzafava, Specter, and Snow—not to mention Steele.

I gotta say, I am just exceedingly impressed with Brightbart and his group. His work facilitating these ACORN revelations has been masterful. Not only for the way the tapes have been rolled out, but the in the trenches, in your face way he has taken on Holder, Brown, and the big liberal media.
I’m trying to remember the last time we had a conservative journalist comb through a dumpster in search of the truth. Or play the part of a pimp and hooker to get at the facts. Damn impressive work.
20,000 documents would take a lot of time to run through a shredder. That kind of devotion to detail and dedication to a job well done does not appear consistent with the work ethic I would expect from ACORN.
There is an email going around and there will be tens of thousands (HOPEFULLY) dumped on their office this Christmas season.
They WILL open them because a lot of their mail is donations.
Take up their time and give them a massive headache
I just printed off an 8x10 MERRY CHRISTMAS Celebrate the Birthday of Our LORD JESUS and put it into a standard #10 business envelope so it wouldn't look like a card. I also used a security envelope so they couldn't see through and know there wasn't a check.
I suggest passing this great idea to EVERYONE in your email friends list... make this a CHRISTMAS the ACLU will never forget!
