I think the poster was talking about a national poll. This poll is a poll of pubs only.

You're right, I confused the "favorable" with another poll on the same site that said that Palin was unelectable.

2012 GOP Poll - Huckabee leads, Palin Unelectable

It's 2009, and I'm already tired of all the 2012 polls.

One can have high favorable % but get a low % of the total vote (i.e., preference) under the current system.
