Oh heck yes they do! Carbon credits are nothing more than a commodity to be exchanged over and over for money. It's the new currency!

Reminds me of the old Eddie Murphy movie, Trading Places, The Duke brothers make a profit whether the commodity goes up or down—oh and they tampered with the data too. Very much like Cap and Trade today. :(
