Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

And we hear about morale problems in the military. Why would any soldier risk even a hangnail in service to the Islamist sympathizer Obama. Which enemy is more dangerous, the one in front or the one in back?
The Admiral’s Mast choice, as I understand it seems like a smart move on their part, it might get the case away from the hands of the political hacks. The Navy guys could maybe elaborate on that better???

The Joint Chiefs need to ‘splain how the constitution is supposed to work - a few tanks surrounding the Capitol during the State of the Union speech wouldn’t hurt.

Who is the dirty dumb ass who is bringing charges? If it is some Admiral then he should be reduced to NIL and released without retirement.

Our troops on the other hand get skewered for such idiocy as having panties placed on heads, or making tough terrorists undress and play pyramid, so as to get them to talk.
Frankly, it’s a wonder we have any active troops in this disgusting upside down environment.
F-the people and the horses they rode in on, who are taking these men to task. It’s frankly amazing there isn’t insurrection within the ranks going on right now, to free these men and return them to their work.
