Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

SSGt Wuterich needs to be cleared of Murtha’s lying allegations for once and for all! That case should clearly be dropped, it is nothing but a Liberal vendetta against our Marines and our military in general. It's another example of these types of Witch Hunts targeting our American military contrived by PC traitors in Washington and some within the military itself. They should all be purged at election time and within the ranks.

That’s how I understood it also, that by making the decision not to go the route of the admirals mast, they made the better move.

Murtha deserves every word of that after his despicable and baseless allegations of the Haditha Marines. I believe the writer makes a great point in saying the murdering terrorist Hasan gets more benefit of the doubt than these SEALS, this is just sickening.
Or they think it's total BullS*&^ to be subjected to the UCMJ because they punched the terrorist punk and dared the unnamed admiral to take this BS to court martial.

I just spoke to my son, who is active duty Army and has done two deployments with special ops he can’t believe this. His words: “they are playing with a grenage with the pin out”. How much more will the real American people stand of this crap?
