Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

When it reaches intolerable the shooting begins. We obviously have not reached that point int he minds of patriots. But the commie administration and their slimeslug Holder are still trying to get it there.
Unlikely. SECNAV Ray Mabus did serve a whole 2 years in the Navy on a cruiser as a surface warfare officer, but he's a Harvard lawyer, and carreer 'Rat politician. He was appointed ambassador to Saudi Arabia by Billy Jeff, and was of course appointed to his present position by "I will stand with the Muslims", after serving as The Organizer's Middle Eastern Issues advisor starting in May 2007.

Who do you think is bringing the charges? They may be doing so under pressure from on high, but they are doing it.

The issue may be components of the military that have been overrun with political correctness. The issue may be an environment where people cannot stand up and say this is wrong. The issue may be a political environment that wants to demoralize and destroy the military. But George W. Bush didn’t start it.
All that you say in your last paragraph is true and I agree 100%, but it is not directly relevant to this issue here.
every SEAL officer that can should resign immediately. I would never perform such duties knowing my CiC and chain of command go out of their way to prosecute me for anything they can imagine. Hell Bells, no one should ever even know what the SEALs are doing. What ever happened to “classified”?

Not only that. You had major starts like Jimmy Stewart commanding bombing runs over Germany. Can you imagine George Clooney at the helm of a b-52 or b-1?

I do not know unfortunately. I have been e-mailing my Congresscritters for months now. The only response I get is : "Remove me from your spam list".
They are not listening now, but I think they will hear us next year and in 2012 as well.

Some people think because you support GWB and his handling of the military that you also subscribe to his immigration, spending, CFR and other PC shortcomings.
I think his handling of national security issues was excellent. Did he and his administration make mistakes? They sure did. One only has to look at the handling of Fallujah with respect to the on again-off again-on again battle against the insurgents there. The USMC could have rolled them up before the big battle but were called off for PC reasons and not wanting to offend muslims. So be it.
So his administration didn’t authorize the use of flamethrowers in Fallujah when the USMC asked for them. They otherwise gave them all the leeway they needed to get the job done once the battle was on.
I give them credit where it is due.
