The pro-AGW guy says that the “new models” still support AGW. These guys just kill me. They keep talking about these models as though they tell the real story. The models require simplifying assumptions and fudge factors. You can make a model say whatever you want, depending on the simplifying assumptions and fudge factors that you use.

The real test of models is their predictive power. Making them match a certain set of pre-existing data proves nothing.

Reminiscent of the old joke about the scientist who removed a frog’s rear legs and concluded that the frog had lost his appetite because he know longer jumped after flies.
