I’ve been to a lot of chem/bio warfare meetings and the biggest worry is a scenario just like this in our own country. Toxic Industrial Chemicals and Toxic Industrial Materials (TICs and TIMs) are fairly easily purchased or stolen, and just as easily released in most any place in America. This isn’t sensitive information and radical muslims are very much aware of this. Many practice drills use this scenario.
