There's a saying found on many Indian forums "Give a Pakistani a fish and he will sell the fish, buy a gun, put it to his own head and ask for more fish. Teach him to fish and he will blow up the school after killing the fishing teacher." The American government is the one handing out fishes for the Pakistanis.(10 Billion dollars and counting) Any wonder that the terrorists are thriving.
