Live blog with video of her appearance in Roanoke today. The Roanoke Times doesn't own a wide-lens camera apparently, I didn't see any wide shots of the crowd.

The big cheering crowds are addictive.
That’s why I think she’ll run for the nomination.

And it didn’t take 850+ billion bucks to do it either. She is such a breath of fresh air. She is having dinner right now with Billy Graham and family

Does anyone get the feeling she is like Lech Walesa?

I’ve been to that Barnes & Noble in Roanoke, VA. My family has a place in the VA mtns not far from there. I know a few of the people in the region. That area would back Sarah — heavily. ANd this video sort of tells the story about Sarah Palin. She’s a special lady, and I believe if she chooses to run, she’ll make a tremendous leader.

I worked overnight the night before and stopped by the mall around 8:15am. The parking lot was loaded and a huge line of people were standing outside in the freezing weather. Someone told me they were already out of bracelets and I went home to bed.
To: FDNYRHEROES
Congratulations.
Did you get a chance to speak to her?
