The five men facing trial in the Sept. 11 attacks will plead not guilty so that they can air their criticisms of U.S. foreign policy, the lawyer for one of the defendants said Sunday.
Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer for accused terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, said the men would not deny their role in the 2001 attacks but "would explain what happened and why they did it."

I suspect a couple of these Arabian hillbillies have the idea that we will agree with them that our country should have been attacked and thousands of innocent civilians murdered simply because Bill Clinton was being serviced by a Jewish servant girl in the Oval Office.
Your top end and wealthier Arabs live pretty isolated lives when you get right down to it, and that's the crowd involved in this one ~ upper middle-class Saudis led by a multi-billionaire!

And, this trial has already been concluded. Obama himself said that KSM will be convicted. Don’t you think this will come up in the trial. Tainted jury? etc., etc., etc.
That reminds me of something Tammy Bruce said on her radio show during the last presidential campaign. She said that as bad as McCain is, "we can recover from four years of him. We won't be able to recover from four years of Obama." She had in mind his Marxist economic policies. She did not (yet) have in mind his legal and psychological maneuvers whose purpose is to humiliate the country, and to legitimize terror against it. Personally, I don't think we're going to see four complete years: something is going to happen because, as you wrote, he appears to be provoking us to do something, probably so that he can slap us down even harder with martial law and attempt to revoke, or make irrelevant, the 2nd Amendment.
Before mass individual action -- the "re-set button" of last resort -- we should encourage states to exercise their 10th Amendment right of sovereignty.
