Any new theories? Where do you stand on the old theories? Is the Warren Report conclusion (for all the flaws in its investigation) beginning to worm its way into your heart?

Did the assassination change your life? Did it (and successive assassinations) change your vision of America? Your vision of the world? Or is it irrelevant that there’s still doubt warranted (pun intended). Irrelevant in toto? (the Latin word, not Dorothy’s dog).

I’ve been thinking about Oswald. I think he fired shots that day. I can’t be sure he was alone, although I haven’t been convinced by any of the conspiracy theories. More importantly I can’t be sure why he did it. He was somewhere on the spectrum between nutcase and ideologue, maybe a combination of both.

Like a certain other shooter of recent vintage. It’s a dangerous combination.

Anyway, I’m interested in what people think about or if they do. It is November 22nd, you know. ....

Go look at the Zapruder film and tell me the big exit head wound is the back of the skull...the exit head wound is the upper front right quarter between the right ear and right eye

Dense is as dense does. No offense taken. Your video shows the blowout going FORWARD. It goes forward because the melon was shot from BEHIND. Kennedy’s skull fragments went BACKWARD. Jackie climbed backward because, well that’s where the fragments were. Now if Jackie went BACKWARD, and we extrapolate from YOUR video, John Fitzgerald Kennedy must have beeen shot from the FRONT. I am just using your video evidence.

You forgot to mention JFK’s head moves forward on impact from frame 312 to 313 about two inches. It’s only after the intitial impact does the living President move his head backward.

You forgot to mention Zapruder was on the grassy knoll and filmed the corner of the picket fence. There’s no one there. The grassy knoll is at the right side of the limo during the third shot sequence. The railroad bridge and the eleven witnesses were toward the front of the limo.

There is no clear bullet hole through the windshield. Only the crack from one of the two larger fragments of the third shot. The second fragment from the third shot dented the inside windshield frame near the rearview mirror.

It's the simplest question to be answered before trying to understand the JFK assassination. If you can't answer, you can't understand what happened at Dealy Plaza.

1. You are misunderstanding what you see

2. You live in an alternate universe where up is down and black is white

I told you to watch the video again, SOME fragments on the melon go backwards, and parts of JFK’s head go backwards in the Zapruder film. The BULK of the melon and JFK’s brain go forward from an exit wound from BEHIND.

What’s the difference where JACKIE GOES??????? It makes ZERO sense. Jackie WASN’T SHOT! lol The VAST MAJORITY of the skull fragments go to the FRONT OF THE LIMO from an exit wound from BEHIND. Unless you would like to insist everyone is lying.

If the Penn & Teller video actually proves a shot from the FRONT as you still claim, it would have been a HUGE STORY with the conspiracy crowd, how these skeptics got it totally wrong. This is what you’re suggesting and it’s totally irrational and illogical.

He keeps insisting the video shows the opposite of what it shows, I don’t understand, people claim to be interested in the subject but refuse to view both sides. To insist the P & T video supports his argument is well, to put it nicely, puzzling.

I will be fifty next April 7th. I was three and a half the day Kennedy was assassinated. It is the earliest memory I have. Of course, then, I knew nothing of JFK, or LBJ, or FBI or CIA or KGB. I remember (and this I remember with crystal clarity) my mother sitting on a round coffee table with her head in her hands, crying.

Everything I knew about Kennedy, or the assassination, I learned afterward.

I do not know the answers. I have no idea what happened that sunny fall day in Dallas. The problem that I have, the problem that nags me to this day is the sequence of events that, taken in total, seem, almost surreal.

They say that the shot from the back caused the head to jerk backwards, and that the blowout of brain and skull also went backwards. Well, maybe.
They say that one bullet went through Kennedy, caused two wound to Governor Connally, and worked its way out of his body to his stretcher with minimal damage (after the gun had been discovered). Okay, uh, maybe.
They say that lone nut Rudy killed lone nut Oswald on national TV, while in police custody. Yeah, possible, I guess.
They say that important autopsy records, Oswald interrogation notes and the parts of the president's brain (this THE crime of the century) all disappeared. Yeah, yeah, maybe.

But it seems to me, that unless Dealy Plaza, suddenly, and for one instant of time, transformed itself into the Twilight Zone, you are asking me to swallow a lot of "maybes".

That, and the fact that there is a perfectly understandable motive for the government to whitewash the crime with a lone wingnut theory, I have a hard time with the whole scenario. It was the middle of the cold war. The Cuban Missile Crisis happened barely a year before. Oswald had lived in Russia. Kennedy was dead. Investigating the murder could, conceivably lead to conclusions that might start WWIII. I don't know whose right. You could be right. I just think that too many odd suppositions must be accepted to believe that Oswald acted alone.

Conspiracy theorist are incapable of thinking for themselves. The next question would have been where was the grassy knoll in regard to the limo. To the front, right, left or the rear on the third shot? The questions would have been complicated more and more so the guy could learn to think for himself.

The grassy knoll is to the right where Zapruder was filming. The windshield is to the front. You see where I’m leading?
