and. . I still don't understand why the 40,000 ACORN votes weren't fought for tooth and nail in MN and why it didn't go to their Supreme Court? Franken. . what a Joke!

This wasn't the cloture vote. The bill can still be filibustered and it still requires 60 votes to end "debate" (cloture).
