The deport is visible from a nearby highway. I’m guessing that some drunk teenagers stole a tractor. They’ve been destroying weapons there for a long time so it’s surprising that they are not done yet.

It was a custom built, one of a kind.
"The tractor was built by Ron Harmon and the crew of the Northern Manufacturing Company."It looks like this company has morphed to 'Big Equipment Co.'
