Hand delivery was specified...not payment in full...let everyone do what they want, but let's show up with 5-10 million people and let's see them under-count that...that's what we need...overwhelming, shock and awe, no shit, stop it right now type action...and I would show up with three of my boys in a pretty bad mood...
