Hey guys. I started early this morning making a "Make Ahead Turkey Gravy" Here is what it looked like after roasting for 4 hours. All of this good stuf is now in a pot simmering! The broth will be frozen and then thawed and mixed with a roux when needed. The house smells like next Thurs.
