Presidential libraries are a gigantic waste of money. Fortunately, it’s private money.
For that matter, libraries themselves are almost obsolete.
Scan the materials, store them and produce a smaller space with computers, Kindles or whatever Apple comes out with.

I would quibble with the location of the Bush Center on the SMU campus. He has little historical connection, to the best of my knowledge, to either SMU or Dallas. (Yes, I’m aware that his wife is an SMU alum, but that’s stretching it.) The most appropriate location, IMHO, would be Midland.

Where are his memoirs? I want to read them. I hope they will be helpful to our Country today. How long is it going to take for them to come out??? He could also write other books. I hate the silence.
