Sankei Shimbun (産経新聞) is a major circulation,Japanese-language daily newspaper here in Tokyo.

My Translation to English (Chief Point Summary):

"Obama's Asian Trip: Shame for Accepting Chinese Military Build-up"

オバマ歴訪 中国の軍拡容認は残念だ

"--President Obama finished up an Asian Visit which included him meeting with (General Secretary of the Communist Party and PRC President) Hu Jin Tao to discuss various strategies.

--It is no problem with two giant nations getting together and dicussing issues. But the way such cozying up went, it is very unsettling in terms of order in both the Asian Region and in the World for this to proceed to the level that it has, even to the point of having called this a "G-2" Meeting.

--Our big concern is that right in the middle of the huge military building up embarked upon by the PRC, President Obama neither called on restraint in this regard, nor for a clear accounting of what they are precisely building up.

--It is clear from Obama's actions, as well as his speech here in Tokyo, that he has no intent to contain Communist China.

--They can say all they want, for example that this was the US asking for Chinese cooperation in such problem areas as Afganistan and Pakistan, and in tackling the problems of piracy on the high seas, when everyone knows the way it will be received in China is that it is a tacit green light for them to continue thier military arms and power build-up.

--We say that as a result of this, danger will now increase with respect to Chinese territorial assertions, that escalation may well now be brought on by China in turn affecting Southeast Asia and India.

--It is clear that the US intends to push away from the US-Japan military alliance--which has brought peace and stability to the Asian Region--and pursue this course with China. This is serious. This US-China "G-2" movement must not be allowed by Japan (which needs to strengthen US-Japanese alliance) to gain ascendency."

(End of Summary Translation)

Incorrectly, subserviently bow to the Emperor of Japan, so he could lose another net THREE to FOUR percentage points in popular opinion polls this week!

I hope over the rest of Obama's term we hammer the same message over, and over, and over, and over, and over again:

WISHING WE COULD ALL JUST SIT DOWN AND TALK IT OUT IS JUST A LIBERAL FANTASY, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REALITY

Throughout the Bush years, all we heard were variations on "Can't we all just get along, folks?" From the "Jersey Girls" (remember them?) to the Huffington Post and DUmmie gangs, to Biden, Gore, and on and on, we were lectured endlessly about "Cowboy Bush," who was so stupid that he couldn't miraculously make jihadists like us...as if that were ever an option...when the liberals were telling us the answer--JUST TALK!

Just talk. Just get 'em all in a room and hammer it out, and stay there until you all emerge, exhausted and laughing and clapping each other on the back, realizing the Oprah Way--We're All The Same Under The Skin! (Of course, liberals don't believe that at all...but I think they believe they DO believe that.)

They think that Palestinians and Israelis and Muslims and maybe--maybe--the worst of the worst, American Conservatives, would come out of that room being pals, able to get over these piddly little differences. And then we could all get on with the REAL problems we can ALL agree on, if we're honest, like global warming and abortion on demand.

We need to pound the message home for the rest of Obama's time in office--"Liberals, your way doesn't work. Never has, never will."

Obama may feel he has to suck up to the Chinese because they are holding so much of our debt. I always thought that the Bushes were too soft on China, too. Then there was Clinton, who had the Chinese scandal, with the attempts to buy influence, IIRC. I don’t get it why China keeps getting away with stuff.

I am so saddened by Obama’s treatment of Japan. How he can take all our best allies for granted is beyond me.

Bosworth going right smack up to Pyongyang, N. Korea to kowtow on 9 December WITHOUT PRECONDITIONS, under direct assignment from The Messiah, is another such idiocy.

Does anyone think they would treat the current leader of Honduras (1000x more legitimate than Kim Jong il, but happens not to be a communist) with more respect and less preconditions than in their meeting with one of the most bloodthirsty --and skillful communist negotiators, as Kim Jong-il??

Is American taxpayer foreign aid being offered to non-Communist Tegucigalpa to the tune it will be offered to Kim Jong il?

Oh, that's right, I forgot, Honduras is a Republic and an American ally that ousted a Hugo Chavez-inspired and influenced Central American Communist takeover by an illegimate, unconstitutional leader (Mel Zelaya), and their government does not commit mass murder or maintain a series of concentration camps, and launch nuclear ICBM tests against UN Agreements). Forgot about that. Of COURSE they would get worse treatment under Obama than outright dangerous world outlaws, the worst violators of human rights on the planet.

He seems to think that such behavior is going to inspire our enemies to marvel at Obama's mental flexibility--"Wow, we didn't expect THAT from him! We will have to give him everything he asks for!"

In the real world, they just laugh at him for his college hang-out mindset, and take whatever they can get from him. Meanwhile, Obama seems to think some larger group like the UN will bring everyone together and say "Now, Obama has been very nice to you, so you have to give him something in return."

This is what happens when you elect a man who's never had to live in the real world on his own, without some person or organization protecting him from the blows of chance. He thinks it's all just debating team gamesmanship, and in the end, you get an A just for showing up and being a good sport, i.e. bowing to everyone.

Also go to the hot link I provided above to SANKEI description on Wikipedia in English. They could tell you much, much more than I could here.
