I would make an extensive list of Islam's ‘holy places’ and every time they kill someone in the name of Islam I would wipe out one of the holy sites, starting at the bottom of the list and working up to the top. I know, I know, that would just make them madder and they would respond by becoming more and more violent. That is what they would like you to believe. And they might react that way, for a time. But after 50 or 60 of their holy places had been destroyed I think they would begin to exert some pressure on the violent ones in their midst to knock off the attacks and suicide bombings, while they still had some holy sites left.

I am a live and let live sort of guy. But if you insist on messing with me I plan to make you pay a price. And my guess is that I can hurt you more than you can hurt me.

You got it right IMO.

War is hell. We have a right to defend ourselves. Punish each attack by taking away their culture piece by piece until they stop attacking or their culture has disappeared.
