To: Alberta's Child

Can the WH remove jurisdiction from the military court? I thought Congress decided this, didn’t they? And since they’re the lawmakers...but I could certainly be wrong.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear on that - I meant that it was Congress that had approved the military trials.
