There is no lie Holder won't tell in order to get this done. Graham and the others stripped him naked at the hearing and whipped him like a school boy. Instead of the media pointing out that Holder was incompetent and couldn't answer challenges, we get low level rumbling if anything. I watched the watergate, Iran-Contra, and Clinton impeachment hearings gavel to gavel and I don't recall anyone being dressd down and made to look as inadequate for the job as this guy.

It is merely a bash Bush and not-Bush decision by OB. They don't give a damn.

When this guy walks, it will be the death knell for the OB presidency.

Where are they going to find a jury that does not know about 911 and has not heard about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed ?
Where are they going to find anyone who will be impartial ?
Any ? by their own hate crimes laws, wouldn't those who pass judgment on Khalid be brought up on Hate Crimes for passing judgment on a Muslim ?
Isn't their " guarantee " of their prediction that he will be convicted bringing prejudice before the trial and it won't be a fair trial ? how can they bring him to the USA and try him in our civil court system , give him the same rights as US citizens, but, still, prejudge the trial, no guarantee that the trial and the jury will be impartial.
How can they guarantee that he will be convicted and still get around the hate crimes laws ?
