Two choices:
1—Obama is lying when he says he did not sign off on this
Say it ain’t so! The Messiah lies?
2—Holder is illegally trying to exercise authority over of the military as if he was CIC, bypassing the normal line of succession IF the President was incapacitated. (Hear that Biden? Holder took the job you wanted)
Technically it could be called an attempted coup. Sounds like treason to me. But he said we are ignorant. I say we put him in a Tribunal and see what the military says.

Obama and Eric Holder is going to do what they want to do regardless of the objection from “ THE PEOPLE “ so the question now is ? how is Obama and Holder going to guarantee a fair trail in this case ?

So let me get this straight ?
They capture a enemy combatant who is not a US citizen, and while in US custody, and say that they have " jurisdiction " to bring him to New York city and try him in a US civil court, but, deny those who are ( US Citizens ) trying to bring a lawsuit against Obama to see whether he is Constitutionally eligible to be President of the USA, and tell them they have no " Standing " ....
Yes , we live in a upside down world.

JUST watch this will be next ping me to it when it happens.Obama will set the 9/11 terrorists free in Pakistan and our troops will still be sitting ducks because he won’t decide and no one will say a word about impeachment.
Obama could go on TV and admit he is a freaking terrorist and this would be the headline the MSM reported...

How can they guarantee that he will be convicted and still get around the hate crimes laws ? Obama did slide in some PC law didn't he? It will probably applies to the 9/11 terrorists and The Fort Hood terrorist!
