U.S. President Barack Obama says he took five minutes out of his busy overseas diplomatic schedule to meet a half-brother who lives in China.
Mr. Obama told a U.S. television network that he met Mark Ndesandjo and his wife briefly Monday in Beijing, where the U.S. president held meetings with Chinese leaders this week.
The president has the same Kenyan father as Ndesandjo, who recently published a book, Nairobi to Shenzhen, describing Barack Obama Sr. as abusive.
President Obama said he does not know his half-brother very well. He said it was not a secret that his father was a troubled person, noting that he wrote about his father's alcoholism in his own book, Dreams of My Father.
Obama Sr. married Ndesandjo's mother after divorcing Mr. Obama's American mother when the president was a child. Obama Sr. died in 1982.
President Obama said his time with his father was a sad part of his history and his background, but he does not spend a lot of time "brooding over it."
Ndesandjo traveled from his home in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen to meet his half-brother. The last time they were together was at the president's inauguration in Washington last January.
Is Mark traveling on a British or Kenyan passport?

I wonder how many half brothers Barry has. I read about George, the guy Obama described as a “beautiful round-headed boy” in his book. George was the guy living in the hut, in Kenya.
Go round up zer0's other half brother in Africa so you can complete the trio... LOL!

“Ndesandjo, who is an American citizen, spent most of his childhood in Kenya before moving to the U.S. to go to college and work in telecommunications and marketing. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University in physics and a master’s degree in the same subject from Stanford University. He also earned an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, he said.”
“Ndesandjo moved to China after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks when his job was cut in the rocky U.S. economy. He taught English, immersed himself in the study of Chinese culture and volunteered as a piano teacher at an orphanage.”

And just what is he referring to as “his time with”? He never spent any time with him when he was a baby/toddler and only a brief Christmas visit when he was 10. Nothing 0 says about his family history ever makes sense.
Don’t assume anything about anyone in this family. If 0 had never become a senator and then president, we would think he was very nice and well educated too.
What time was that? That Christmas time visit when Barry was about 12?

Probably about how long Barry spent with dear old dad.
Yet Barry idolized him, and took on his anti western attitudes. Where "western" includes Japan, South Korea and other non muslim, first world countries.
Oh wait, there aren't any Muslim first world countries. My bad.
I think he got counseling, at Walter Reed. His "counselor" was Dr. Hasan. :(
