Personally, I don't the term "Rock Star Treatment". It implies shallowness, frenzied emotional response, and entertainment.

There is something far deeper going on. A more appropriate title would be "Palin Honored as a General in the American Culture War".

I know what Obama is, I know of his disdain for America, our constitution, our liberty, our free market, and our flag. He is a marxist ideologue bent on fundamentally changing this country away from the constitutional republic it is.

We must stand up to him and his cohorts and call him on all of this...but we also must be accurate when we do. In this case...as much disdain as he has for us...he did not disrespect the flag. And he did not walk out in the middle of the National Anthem either. They saluted him as President.

They grouped us by letter assigned to sets of 50 wrist bands. Sarah showed up at 5:36 and the line started moving at 6, called up by group.

There was just no time to really say much. They move you through pretty quick. That and the woman is absolutely stunning in person. Her pictures don’t do her justice if you can believe that. I felt like I was in HS trying to talk to the pretty, popular girl.

Our Indy local news had their sister station in Ft. Wayne interview a woman that drove 2 hrs. down from Michigan last night for Sarah’s 12PM signing up there. At least you’re in the same state! ;)

You’re right! The cameras do NOT do her justice. I saw her in person up close last October when she did a rally in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and was simply stunned.
