What about interrogating him for military intelligence purposes? We have enough evidence to hang him as soon as we catch him for his crimes, but what about finding out what he has planned and what operations against us are already in motion or are triggered to happen upon his capture? But, if we use all the means to get that intelligence it would possibly screw up the chance to prosecute him because any defense attorney would argue that the military interrogation taints the criminal evidence.
