A federal judge has ruled that the Army Corps of Engineers' failure to properly maintain a navigation channel led to massive flooding in Hurricane Katrina.

As a matter of fact, I know a bunch of them, and the job they do maintaining and operating the lock & dam system on the upper Mississippi is impressive, to say the least.
Obviously, you don’t know many of them.
