He shined up his forehead real nice this morning....his plug job is almost as bad as Crazy Joe’s.
I suspect we’ll see republicans hiding under their desks, betraying the US and the American people as usual. Real John Wayne types, our republican members of congress.
Mark Levin was all over this last night.
Will anyone have the stones to ask Holder how our courts that operate under the US Constitution, are going to try these foreign combatants? Will our US court rules of evidence be required? Were these muslims read their Miranda rights when captured in Pakistan and Afghanistan and Yemen?
Were they given lawyers when they requested them? Were they allowed to make a phone call? Will they have the right to CONFRONT THEIR ACCUSERS? How do our troops and 911 victims feel about this? Will these trials be considered “fair speedy” if they were captured years ago?
If Holder’s former law firm is representing these guys- why is that not a conflict of interest for the Attorney General of the US?
ENQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW.

No, they won’t have the balls how much HIS law-firm and cronies will make off of the American people defending these terrorists.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the 17 Yemenis have already been released.
At least Sessions seems to be asking some tough questions and bringing up all those well known people who are completely against holding these trials on US soil.
Not that Sessions or any other Senator will do anything about it.
Even in 2010, if we are able to take back the Senate and House, these trials will continue and the US will show once again we are a weak nation wide open for terrorist attack.
Nobody. And that's where the hubris comes in: he doesn't even care. He'll just lie his way through the hearings and do whatever he d@mn well pleases unless the public gives him hell.

I was glad to hear Jeff Sessions introduce into evidence the letter from the 9/11 families.
This guy Holder is so full of it, smack him down, Jeff.
Most of those released from Gitmo went right back to the battlefield to attack American troops and civilians.
With Obama’s new rules of engagement they can’t even be shot back at.

These are the warm-up questions we need IMHO. They need to get more pointed (professionally delivered) and expose more of the process and the trail that leads, I believe, to the president.
I understand the friends and families of 9-11 are protesting right outside the building, and presenting a petition against this debacle, with thousands of signatures.
But none of these points will be addressed, these morons don’t care, it is a farce.
This is excellent news and I would expect it. This decision by this attorney general is worse for the country as a whole than Janet Reno's decision to storm Waco and kill American citizens. Much more long term damage and just as heinous.
