Well, Obama will make this happen for him.

Could this guy have been any more obvious? He was jumping up and down with a sign that screamed “Look at me! I’m a terrorist!”

“Nidal Malik Hasan sought to have some of his patients prosecuted for war crimes based on statements they made during psychiatric sessions with him, a captain who served on the base said Monday.”

They might use this as an insanity defense, "rehabilitate" him an set him free. They are insane enough to do this.

“I still don't understand why this man wasn't taken out of service before his terrorist attack on the base.”

Political correctness stopped them form doing that.

What is even more unfreaking unbelievable is Charley Gibson on ABC news last night was using this as an EXCUSE for Hasan, essentially once again blaming BUSH for this loose cannon Hasan to murder his fellow marines.

Yup, no matter what, it is all BUSH’s fault, right Mr. Gibson?

This *&^%^((( f-ing *(&^$#*&&**_.
The point of getting the help is that normal Americans are not a violence prone people ( I know I know). The War experience ofcourse brings feelings of guilt.
It is the shrinks job to help the client work through those feelings to reach the logical conclusion that self-defense of the Nation requires harsh actions.

Charley Gibson on ABC last night, paraphrasing:

Gibson: It could very well be that the military’s failure to prosecute patients Major Hasan was treating for “war crimes” they admitted to Major Hasan while he was treating them set this chain of events off. Major Hasan had any number of times demanded the military pursue war crime charges for his patients that made statements while being treated that Major Hasan considered war crimes, but each time the military refused to pursue that avenue.

If Col. Kimberly Kessling is stating that the goat fornicator was better than sliced bread there ain’t anyway a subordinate is going to tell her different.
Unless, of course, the col is a lying sack.

If he really is paralyzed the Army will have to give him special treatment in his sentencing. I suggest a wheelchair ramp for the gallows and a slightly longer rope to reach his neck in the sitting position.

Meehan said one of his doctors tried to give Hasan a copy of the book last month. Hasan refused. The captain said he had previously avoided Hasan, who was one of a small crew responsible for interviewing soldiers and writing up summaries of their condition.

"I heard he was not one you wanted to go to" because he didn't finish his work promptly, Meehan said. "Apparently

the reason it took so long is he was turning it over to legal."

Well well well. Jihad by infiltration and subversion of the military legal system. Give the SOB credit for inventiveness.

Because Hasan was a Muslim. That would be “profiling” and “racist” not to mention discriminating again his “creed.”

It’s very simple. PC trumps all, even in the military.

Col. Kimberly Kesling, deputy commander of clinical services at the base's Darnall Army Medical Center, also said he was a "hardworking, dedicated young man who gave great care to his patients."

COL Kesling, I'll give you a choice: reason your commission, or face a court martial for dereliction of duty.

Nidal Malik Hasan sought to have some of his patients prosecuted for war crimes based on statements they made during psychiatric sessions with him

I don't get how this was a possibility even in Hassan's dreams. Isn't it immoral? Isn't a soldier seeing an Army psychiatrist entitled to the unbreachable wall of privacy he'd get if he spoke in confidence to his lawyer? Or to a Catholic priest? I don't see the point of going to an Army shrink if there's no patient confidentiality. Might as well go off-base.

Obama squelched the Congressional investigations into this jihad attack. The story is quickly disappearing from the media and being replaced by a media feeding frenzy attack on Sarah Palin.

Get used to it.

"Col. Kimberly Kesling, deputy commander of clinical services at the base's Darnall Army Medical Center, also said he was a "hardworking, dedicated young man who gave great care to his patients."

What kind of drugs are these people on?

Hasan was openly communicating how much he hated the American effort in Afghanistan and Iraq, and he was accusing his patients of war crimes. And this woman claims that he was the greatest thing since sliced bread?

These politically correct drones shock and disturb me because they are not capable of distinguishing RIGHT from WRONG, and this particular FAILURE directly led to the murder of 14 human beings and the serious wounding of another 40.

WTH is wrong with these damn idiots?

Are they that stupid by default, or are they programmed to reject common sense?

” “He was right on his authority to report it,” said the ex-Marine,
who formerly served as a court-martial judge. The Army teaches all
service members that they have a duty to report evidence of war crimes. “

(I’m not Catholic)
It seems the moral of this sad tale is that if you have to get something
off your chest about wartime activities...
take it to a priest in the confessional.
(My naive thought is that if you confess something vile enough,
the priest might tell you that you need to turn yourself in and
take your lumps. But not being Catholic, I may be totally off with
that speculation.)

Not only has this EVIL Hasan put 13/14 in a grave and wounded many
others...
he’s now poisoned any thought that returning military personnel
will readily open up to their shrinks/counselors.

(I’m not for covering-up for obvious war-crimes. But this SOB Hasan
was probably looking to turn any innocent, but regrettable, collateral
damage into a war crime.)

The answer is PC. Not political correctness as it used to be but political COWARDICE.

For the most part we are a nation dominated by cowards who parrot the “We are a nation of laws” garbage that makes our enemies into heroes and our real heroes into criminals.

Take, for instance, the Fort Hood terrorist or the movement of the KSM trial to New York. Who’s really on trial? In the former example, it’s the Army and the vets who have fought bravely and gallantly and are now being accused by a radical of war crimes. In the latter, it will be the CIA interrogators whose “enhanced interrogation techiniques” are now being brought into question by the very people who screamed for blood after 9/11 and told them to do what was necessary.

The liberals scream for the blood of our own, forgetting that they’re on our side and that our soldiers and agents have made sacrifices beyond what nearly any politician has even considered. They are unable to understand Churchill’s statement that “we sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.”

They are cowards of the first order who attack our brave defenders and defend the enemy.
