The Obama Administration has miraculously expanded Colorado's congressional reps from 7 to 64 in one fell swoop!
.
At this web site you can discover so many miraculous things. Take our state of Colorado. To date I can think of only 7 congressmen and women to represent us in our nation's capital. Until today, I thought we had 7 congressional districts. I live in no. 6 for example.
.
But wait, there's more to the story. If you go to Recovery.gov you will discover new parts of Colorado you knew nothing about. According to this web site, we have 64 congressmen to dominate the debates on capital hill. And these 64 congressmen have sure brought home the bacon.
.
Lets take Colorado's 8 th congressional district. The name of our congressman escapes me but he has done yeoman's work in saving or creating jobs. Our 8 th CD rep has created three jobs in his district. It cost us $731,206 per job but hey who's counting. Way to go congressman!
.
The Congressman over at the 30 th Congressional district also got us working again. This congressman who shall be unnamed and in a secure undisclosed location, saved or created 14 jobs and he did it on the cheap. It only cost us $77,554 per job. Must be blue collar jobs over at the 30 th C.D.
.
The grand champion for getting us cheap jobs goes to Colorado's 64 th Congressional District Rep. Now what's his name again? It'll come to me in a minute. The 64 th C.D. rep bagged 14 jobs and it only cost us $2,371 apiece. I guess they haven't heard of the minimum wage over in the 64th.
.
All of this wonderful competence comes to us from the people that will now give us Obamacare. I'd have second thoughts about getting an injection from these folks.I have saved a pdf of the recovery.gov page in case it somehow vaporizes.
.
What a country!

the sad thing is his followers believe its all true....they know no facts except for the ones that obama wants them to know and believe...
fake jobs saved by fake money.
Welcome Mike. Another Colorado FReeper, GREAT!
Yet, recovery.gov is reporting
Uncle Joe and Comrade Zero also added a new Congressional district in Az as well. These guys are miracle workers. NOT!
Welcome and thank you for this, Mike.

Actually, Mike, you probably should have done a little thinking before ranting. What if ... just maybe ... they were listing by state, rather than national congressional districts?
I took the time to research the matter and ... hate to break it to you, Mike ... but Colorado has 65 state house districts. The 64th is represented by Wes McKinley (D).
You might be unsurprised to learn that his occupation is listed as "Cowboy".
Quick, file papers demanding that we be seated as Reps 8-64. After all, the Federal government recognizes the existence of these districts and taxation without representation is tyrannny.
Watch “Miracle on 34th Street” (the original, of course) and see how Santa Claus is recognized by the Federal government.
State of Florida has 25 Congressional representatives. Recovery.gov shows this:
00 congressional district 46 $5,274,423
86th congressional district 5 $3,582,587
34th congressional district 52 $1,810,857
53rd congressional district 0 $460,954
88th congressional district 0 $46,925
35th congressional district 1 $20,179
REALLY?! A 00 district got $5M! This is almost $10M of our money that’s unaccounted for. WHERE THE HELL DID IT GO, OBAMA?! This is a damn travesty. These people are going to destroy this country!
In Oklahoma, recovery.gov lists more than $19 million in spending — and 15 jobs created — in yet more congressional districts that don’t exist.
In Iowa, it shows $10.6 million spent and 39 jobs created — in nonexistent districts.
In Connecticut’s 42nd district (which also does not exist), the Web site claims 25 jobs created with zero stimulus dollars.
The recovery.gov Web site was established as part of the stimulus bill “to foster greater accountability and transparency” in the use of the money spent through the stimulus program. The site is a well-funded enterprise; the General Services Administration updated it earlier this year with an $18 million grant.
Oh, and yes, there are 120 districts for the Florida House, but the 00 district is the red flag for me. Are they really so lazy that they won’t just make a number?
Nice theory, however if you look at the data for South Dakota, it lists a 46th district. Problem is, SD has one Congressional District and 35 state level legislative districts.
You might also look at the data for Guam, American Samoa and the rest of the states. On the surface it looks like the districts that are above and beyond the Congressional level are small amounts.
