I saw the other day that George W. Bush is raising money for his proposed policy institute at Southern Methodist University. I did some research and found out that there are something like 3,000 policy institutes, most of them hosting convocations about nothing much and issuing papers no one reads. I suggest, therefore, that Bush use his money to do something truly different and constructive - establish the Institute for the Study of Sarah Palin. My check is in the mail.

My FRiends, whether you support Palin or not, when people ridicule her in front of you, it would be very wise (for the benefit of whatever conservative candidate you do support if not Palin) to BOLDLY defend her. Counter argue and shut up the opposition.
They are applying the standard Alinsky method of identifying the opposition, freezing it, and RIDICULING it in order to shut us up and abandon not only our candidates out of fear of being ridiculed, BUT TO ABANDON OUR VERY PRINCIPLES.
Remember, ridicule is an ad hominem attack and is the favored refuge of those who have no sound argument, because it makes them look jovial and good-natured and hides the vicious face behind their laughing facade.
After years of hearing how Obama is a man-god, and ten months of seeing him actually hold a job, that there are still idiots like this guy defending him proves only that liberals hold on to disproven beliefs (like Marxism and Alinskyism) like a Palestinian to a belt of dynamite, and for the same reasons.
My “vile” is fueled by lying, cheating, scumbag liberals whom I despise with every fiber of my being.

But the panic continues on and they are self-destructing in the process.
Does he mean the same Sarah that negotiated the largest contract ever in human history-—$40 billion for a transcontinental gas pipeline from Alaska through Canada and down to the lower 48 to be deposited in four different locations. The contract that Alaska politicians had tried to secure for over 30 years—and Sarah finally did it!! That same Sarah?????
We really know the answer WHY! They are so incapable of ignoring her because they KNOW she will have an audience wherever she goes and is challenging the media’s part in politics and their liberal, fascist, Demonrat biases and their ties to bringing 0bama to power and being his whore. They are all panicked because she openly questions and brings out the radical nature of Demonrat politics which is very rare with so many cowardly Republicans. She is a threat like no other to them because of the power of the people attracted to learning more about her and seeing her and the inevitable realization that the media has wrongly characterized her. Opinions change and most certainly will be helped by 0bama and the Demonrats exposed for all to see and the ‘I told you so’ coming up.

I think her primary objective at this point, though, is to force the RNC to ask her base to accept THEM.
She is forcing the GOP to the right. If they don’t follow, they lose. If they do follow they win.
But unlike before, if they follow and win and then abandon, they will be hounded out of office. So RINOs need not come knocking.
She’s doing a fine job in her primary objective. And it was very wise of her to resign and approach this from the outside.
Those who advise her to do otherwise, to shut up, or to become more centrist, are hacks who don’t really understand the art of political warfare.
The libs always promise to leave, but they never do.
