I agree with you and I'm sure the democrats will cheat in any way necessary to retain Owens. Hoffman didn't lose when he conceded. Firstly, he conceded based upon false information. Secondly, the race has not been certified, which would bring into question the validity of Owens being sworn in.
I didn't mean that literally, but in effect his concession gave the signal that there would be no "contest", giving the green light to Pelosi to swear him in. Owens has won the perception game.
