This guy has been on the loose, raping and assaulting women for years. His DNA was typed long ago, proving him to a
black male from the Caribbean, but, in every drawing and handout, he was depicted as being white:
For years, the public was told to be on the lookout for this white male, even though they claimed in the same breath, and in the same article:
"Detectives believe the suspect is an employed black man, aged between 35 and 45, who masks his crimes behind the veneer of a respectable life. "
Gee, do you think this hampered the investigation for years??
