U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is open to having coffee with former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, whose forthcoming book about the 2008 presidential campaign is stirring controversy.
"I absolutely would look forward to having coffee," Clinton said from Singapore during an interview aired on Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press."
Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate and a popular figure among some U.S. conservatives, is on a tour promoting her book, "Going Rogue: An American Life."

Well of course Hillary would love that; her own popularity is dramatically on the wane, Sarah’s star is definitely on the rise. What politician ever turns down the chance to bask in another’s glow?

As are probably most of the guys on this board.

Sarah P should decline.
She don’t need that

If I were Sarah, I’d bring my own coffee and watch Hillary’s hands at all times.

Here's a better suggestion. Hillary should plan to travel to a stop on Sarah's book tour. Buy a book. Get in line and maybe Sarah will speak with her as she signs it.
This while article is only about trying to salvage Hillary's current no-win situation. Hillary knows she's yesterdays news, tied to zero's disasters and is trying to grab a little of Sarah's natural charisma and magic.

This would only help Hillary. Sarah wouldn’t gain anything by lowering herself to that wretched women.

The PUMA’s would hang on every word.
This ‘could’ be good, opening up more Palin research for the Hillary voter crowd.(They are not pleased with this administration either)

Perhaps it wouldn’t be a bad idea for Palin to meet with her. She might be able to suggest she would consider giving Hillary an ambassadorship for her support in the next election.
