One hundred of the worst terrorists in the world are coming to Barack Obama's two favorite states, Illinois and Iowa. Obama is from Illinois. His victory in the 2008 Iowa Caucuses provided Obama the springboard to the Presidency. How will he reward those states?

He is just redistributing wealth to his political backers in Illinois. (Chicago style). The real problem will be with the wives and children of the guards at the prison who will be easy targets for the Jihadists seeking favors for their incarcerated buddies by threats to the guards’ families. Blackmail opportunities abound.

The border of Illinois and Iowa is the Mississippi River.
If the facility is in the middle of the river, and artillery can be aimed at the terrorists from both sides, I suppose its more secure and better to have the terrorists there than in downtown Manhatten.
The main problem with this choice is river traffic and the huge hassle the special security will be for industry.

Is that part of the father and son team who were arrested a year or so ago on suspicion of terrorism? Convicted? What the heck is he doing on the street? Does he wear skirts? Where did they come from?
A few years back there was a series of pictures circulating by email of a jail in Chicago that resembled a first class resort. I’m surprised the terrorists from Gitmo aren’t going to be relocated there...think of the $$$ that would flow to Chicago’s corrupt politicians in the form of bribes from foreign countries (or from here) to treat their “buddies” right. Or even to let them escape!
Personally, I think that if the Gitmo inmates are going to be moved anywhere, then they need to be moved to DC. Same thing w/ KSM’s trial...Put the show on in Washington, DC. Outside on the lawn at the White House suits me just fine.
All three states supported this marxist ass clown. Illinois, Iowa, and N.Y., let them share the spoils of their victory.

It actually was a few years ago. The father plead guilty and got his wrist slapped. The Stockton Record newspaper printed an article saying he was an innocent man. I guess if you plead guilty then you are innocent according to some in the press.
