Carrie Prejean has canceled public appearances designed to promote her new book after two major developments in the conservative starlet’s public image.
First, it was reported that a controversial video tape of Prejean had surfaced during settlement negotiations with her former Miss America pageant bosses. Prejean was 17 when she made the tape, which she said was meant for her boyfriend’s eyes only.
TMZ, the media outlet that had obtained the tape, said they did not publish it on their website because it was “so racy.” Because of it, they claimed, Prejean received nothing from her back-and-forth lawsuits with Miss America and was riddled with paying her own lawyers’ bills.
More recently, Prejean threatened to walk off the set of Larry King’s nightly news show when King asked her repeated questions about her confidential settlement with Miss America Pageant officials, and then patched in a call to her from a listener. Prejean called the questioning “inappropriate,” took her mike off, and after about a minute of on-air silence, King broke for a commercial.
Critics immediately used the developments as reasons why Prejean was unqualified to speak about her opinions on gay marriage.
“Prejean -- Family Doesn't Always Come First,” read a TMZ headline. Since then, Prejean cancelled her keynote speech at the New Jersey Family Policy Council’s Defenders of the Family fundraiser, an appearance at an invitation-only event at the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and numerous other radio segments.

So she's against gay marriage, that does not alone make her a conservative. If that were the criteria, why then did gay marriage fail in states that overwhelmingly voted for Obama? Conservatives don't do sex tapes.
She was wrong to make the tapes
Where are the feminists shouting at what a loser her boyfriend was to sell them just to slam her? He is even worse, she did it to show affection/love to her bofriend and this loser sells them to embarrass her?
I was with her through the nude photos, fake boobs ... until all the videos surfaced.

Prejean is not some picture of perfection and neither is any other Christian. Get it, we knelt before God and His Son Jesus Christ, not because of our perfection, but because of our imperfection.
The left loves to hold us up to some crazy idea they have about God and Perfection. So as we are held up to their ideas of perfected morality, we are being persecuted for our imperfection.
Jesus forgave us those imperfections.
And "noob" isn't a (pathetic) attempt at a personal attack? You might want to lay off the hypocrisy.
And as for your definition of conservative, it must be hard for you to exist amongst such sinners as those who dare be conservative without first being perfect (or at least getting your certification of moral standing before daring to support traditional marriage).
Nothing, not even a private maturbating video for a boyfriend, remains private in this digital age.

Sure you were. Because to you, morality is strict and clear - fake boobs and nude photos, kept private for her boyfriend, are strictly moral. But make a video of the same subject, under the same privacy, for the same boyfriend, and hey, you gotta draw a line there, right? Morality is morality, after all - black, and white, and you are the judge, and that is that.
Maybe many girls do, but not many DECENT girls. As a teenager, even if they had cell phones, I would have no more thought of making porn tapes than the man in the moon. I just don’t understand how she could have done this and call herself a decent girl.
She made the tapes and distributed them. You reap what you sow.

Morality is not strict and clear IMO, but stupidity is. She’s a moron and is making a mockery of conservatives. I cringe when I see her name and Palin’s in the same sentence.
What you are experiencing here, maggie, is called pointed disagreement. I have no doubt you feel attacked, but what you seem incapable of understanding is that I feel attacked by you, because of what I feel is your immoral support of the virtually criminal character assassination being perpetrated by the gay community and the MSM against Carrie Prejean and traditional marriage.
And I don't care for your personal slander or threatening attitude, either, so knock it off. If you are going to take a hard line moral rejection position of another human being, you'd better be prepared for a hard line rejection of your judgement - as well as accusations of your own immorality for daring to judge so harshly.
