Fayetteville, N.C. — The mother of a 5-year-old girl, who has been missing since Tuesday, was charged late Saturday in connection with her disappearance, Fayetteville police said.
Antoinette Nicole Davis was charged with human trafficking; felony child abuse – prostitution; filing a false police report; and resist, delay, or obstruct an officer, police said.
Shaniya Nicole Davis was reported missing from her home, at 1116-A Sleepy Hollow Drive in Fayetteville, on Tuesday morning.

This little 5 year old girl is missing.
They have arrested the crud and charged him with kidnapping the child (he was seen with her on video at a Hotel in Sanford, NC) but OBVIOUSLY IS NOT TELLING AUTHORITIES WHERE THE LITTLE GIRL IS - WHAT HE DID WITH HER.)
Now the mother has been arrested charged with felony child abuse, prostitution, and human trafficking!
That poor little girl.
Please pray for this five year old's safety though I know things don't look good after 4 days of her being missing. Her name is Shaniya Davis.
(Nancy Grace featured this missing child story on her program this week after a different man had been arrested in the case who has now been released and who is now talking about suing the Fayetteville Police Dept. The man's name who had the charges dropped is Coe and the name of the sicko who now been arrested in the child's kidnapping is named McNeil.)
I feel awful for the dad - saw him on TV today, in tears.
Oh you did? I have not seen him yet but have read about him.
Believe he said that he had the child living with him for the past 3 years and just recently had the child live with her mother who had supposedly gotten her life cleaned up.
Sometimes I give up hope on humanity because of the depravity we learn about....
I feel sick. And angry as hell.

The felony child abuse-prostitution charge against this “mother” monster is so sickening — and the only bond for this mother is $50,000 and on the male perp is only $100,000. That seems pretty low bond for such a depraved crime.
Yep - and here in my home state of NC!
Sanford is a small town about 30 mins from Fayetteville and about that far from Raleigh.
Maybe if they took McNeil out and hung him out of a helicopter over the ocean for awhile he would remember what happened to this child!!!
btw...she looks like a big girl for age 5....5yrs don't usually want to be carried like a baby.....
the cops have got to know more than they're saying...they almost acted cavelier the other day...
Well, he was probably carrying her to be sure he got her INTO the hotel room easily. Seeing that hotel video made me so angry and sick I wanted to throw up...,.am just glad that a hotel worker had been paying attention to the news and recognized the little girl and called police or they would not even have McNeil in jail at this point.
Yes, am sure the police are not saying all they know - but the officer in the news conference just kept saying the investigation continues and that the FBI and State investigators are all working to find this child!
That is the face and the eyes of what others call a “devoid” - a human being that is devoid of any sense of humanity.
When they get locked up and the other inmates find out what for,.. oh they gonna be devoid alright.
I hope you are right....they are already in jail...both of them...but the little girl is still missing while these xxxxx likely KNOW what has happened to her but won’t talk.
Sorry but waterboarding would be too merciful to them (in order to get them to tell what has happened to her)...IMHO.
Put em in general population in the state pen and let it be known why they are there,, they will be begging to talk.
They do if they are tired...or drugged.
That would suit me.
Surely in cases (where children or others are MISSING and a suspect who obviously KNOWS something but is not talking) we can find a way to pass a law to allow more forceful interrogation???
I realize that is asking a lot and I don’t do it lightly.
McNeil KNOWS where this child is!!!!
