He thinks people are stupid and will say.... Oh, he really did bow to the Saudi king because he was short. What a loser.

BINGO!!! This was well planned. he couldn’t do it to the Chinese, he would be accused of bowing to Muslims and Communists, so he does it to Japan, to make the idiot sheep think he bows to short people. Guarantee you this was planned well in advance by Axelgrease, MO, and Jarrett.
No much better! A DVD box set of every season of Iron Chef.
“Id like to know the last time someones suit or any other clothing ripped when given a tug. Thats ridiculous.”
LOL, It was a union made suit.
That photo and the one of O Bama bowing to the Saudi should be trumpeted by the Republicans.

These will make excellent campaign ads for 2010 and 2012. Especially the one with the Saudis.
Well we have our story to crush on for the next week to strip the 9/11 trials moving to NYC and Hassan being a terrorist.
Obama is the gift that continues to give every day.
Amateur hour continues at a rapid clip.
Amateur hour...way in over his head.
There was plenty of campaign ammo like this to use last year, but Juan McCain forbade the Republicans to use it.
I agree. My dad cam efrom the same problematic beginnings. In his case he too was educated by my Mom. He was so poor as a kid that he never had toys, and was a bit jealous as a parent of the toys we had. Very strange but he worked hard to overcoe his obstacles.
Obama hasn’t got a hope. He will remain perceptually challenged by being so narcistic. The dangerous part iof course is that his lack of perception is mistaken for wisdom by the ObaJunta Mandarins and his supporters. That, my FRiend, is going to get a lot of Americans killed, and impoverished.
That’s not a bow. He is just checking his shoes to make sure the laces are tied.
At least he gives us another Tea Party sign...”Sayonara in 2012”
He must have gotten the same advice from those who told Michelle it was ok to wrap her tenticles around the queen in the UK.
I think you may have misunderstood my use you “they” and “you.” My comment, although addressed to you, was not intended as a comment regarding your thoughts. In fact, I found your post to be most informational.
No, my use of THEY was more rhetorical.
I am sorry if the intent was misdirected.
Have other presidents bowed to Japanese dignitaries?
To me the low bow says, please forgive us for all the destruction we caused at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, if I were there we would have negotiated a settlement.
Sickening. How is “royalty” even remotely the equivalent, nevermind the superior of an American president?
Why doesn’t the royalty feel any need to bow to us? This kenyan usurper,,,, can you imagine Reagan bowing like a subserviant house boy?
“To me it is showing a sign of honor and respect.”
But when is a “royal” required to ever show deference to the elected leader of a republic? Why on earth should *anyone* show respect to any royal? What a joke. Appointed to the job solely by heredity?
It amazes me that this happens at every gathering of leaders who have fought their way up, and to varying degrees represent the clearly expressed will of their peoples. A “royal” walks in,, and they all pretend like a wisened superior has arrived. Its silly to see a president act like that.
“A proper handshake is all the respect an American President needs to show”
Exactly,,, why arent foreigners told, “Ok your Majesty, Americans do not bow, or hold hands. They will think you are gay. Now king,,be sure to give him a firm handshake and look him in the eye, don’t insult him your majesty!”
Why don’t they have to do it our way?
“So, having said that, is it possible that Obama was TOLD by State to bow?”
Maybe,, but what would have happened to someone, if that someone would have told Truman or Reagan to be sure to bow deeply? Obama doesn’t have enough backbone to resent being told that, if he even was.
