War Criminals or Common Thugs? Critics Question Obama's Recognition of Terror

President Obama was in Japan Friday as Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the self-proclaimed architect of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will stand trial in a federal civilian courtroom down the street from the site where the World Trade Center's twin towers once stood.

The Obama administration's decision to prosecute five Sept. 11 terror suspects in New York rather than in a military tribunal has sparked furor among those who say the White House is wearing blinders when it comes to the ongoing War on Terror.

"America is still at war whether (President Obama) wants to admit it or not. The president needs to see the world the way it is, not the way he wants it to be," said Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich., the top Republican on the House intelligence committee.

"This decision is further evidence that the White House is reverting to a dangerous pre-9/11 mentality -- treating terrorism as a law enforcement issue and hoping for the best," House Minority Leader John Boehner said in a written statement. "We need a real strategy for fighting and winning the war on America's terrorist enemies that includes an effective, credible and consistent plan for all terrorist detainees."

To say he is wearing blinders is to say that he doesn’t see. He sees. The error is in thinking he is on our side. He is not.

Obama wouldn’t know a terrorist even if the terrorist helped him launch his political career.

Help me here:

The trial will cost millions and millions of dollars for a man who never set foot in the US.
He will get the full protection of the Constitution and government paid lawyers.
He will use the trial as a soap box to trash the US and the military trying to protect us.
The trial guarantees that some wackjobs will be converted and perhaps inspired to kill Americans.
The trial will go on and on and on, as hair ball Kalig and his buddies disrupt the process for propaganda purposes before the adoring lens of the media.
The twit has admitted his guilt and is begging to be executed.

Can you say Twilight Zone?

MORAL OF THE STORY: THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES TO ELECTIONS.

Barry is a follower of liberalism.

Liberalism in international relations and security studies believes that terrorism should be handled mainly as a police action or via law enforcement.

And now you know how and why this libtard administration, along with the libtard ACLU, etc., etc., etc., 1) percieve terrorism or a terrorist, 2) why they want the Miranda Rights read when such terrorist are captured, 3) why they want Gitmo closed, 4) want captured terrorists given the same rights as American citizens, 5) prefer civil trials over military tribunals, and 6) how Barry and company percieve/view Afghanistan.
