No. He had no idea they were saluting, or placing their hands over their hearts.
He was only thinking about himself. How wonderful he was. How great it was that he was being recognized as being the Leader of the Planet by this crowd.
He was almost humbled by the humility he was showing in the face of his obvious greatness, by placing his hands in front of himself, folded.

Who the blank is this Obama? He’s the President, not God! It gives me the creeps the way he parades around every single day, sticking his nose in front of a camera and teleprompter. Does he actually think he can fix anything? Obama needs a vacation so we can have a vacation from him.
That’s interesting. Did an anchor say that or a guest. I can’t believe anyone would suggest that on TV.
